The Department of Health states costs related to implementation of the
bill could be absorbed using existing resources.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated. Local entities could incur some fiscal impact related to
the implementation of the bill if the entity allowed registered code
enforcement officers work release time to attend required CEU events,
paid the enrollment fee, and related travel/per diem expenses.
