The bill would amend Chapter 4, Title 132, Revised Statutes by adding
Article 8615 to provide that a person that operates a facility that
offers motor vehicle fuel for sale to the public from the facility shall
provide, at no charge, air and water for motor vehicles. A person who
violates this article commits a Class C misdemeanor offense.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
