The bill would allow the authority of a corporation to be exercised
outside of the limits of the city or county that created the corporation
without the consent of that city or county if the city that created the
corporation is located in a county with a population of more than
400,000 or if the county that created the corporation has a population
of more than 400,000, unless the articles of incorporation or bylaws of
the corporation provided differently.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
