               political subdivision to offer certain alarm services.),

The bill would allow a municipality to offer residential alarm system
sales, service, installation, or monitoring services to residences
within the municipality.  The municipality could charge a fee not to
exceed the cost of the monitoring.
  
Local Government Impact
  
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
