The bill would add to the list of projects that could be categorized as a
public improvement project, enforcement of a deed restriction and
approval or denial of applications for proposed original construction or
modification of a building, structure, or improvement of real property.
  
Local Government Impact
  
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
