E-Procurement - $5.7 million for procurement of critical hardware and software of the e-procurement system; interfacing the financial/accounting systems of the top 20 agencies to the e-procurement system; contracted services for professional services. E-Reporting Fiscal $2 million for professional services; completion of system design, hardware and software procurement, and application development, testing and implementation. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
