The bill would add that a misdemeanor punishable by a fine only that
occurs on school property or at a school-sponsored or school-related
activity on or off of school property and is in a county with a
population of less than 100,000 would be considered conduct requiring
supervision.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
