       IN RE:  HB2920  by Jones, Elizabeth (Relating to county
               regulation of sexually oriented businesses located within
               the corporate boundaries of a municipality.), As
*  No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.                    *
The bill would authorize a county to enforce the county's distance
regulation in connection with a sexually oriented business located in a
municipality if the business is located in one municipality, the
specified land use is located in another municipality, and either
municipality requests the county to enforce the county regulations.
