pleadings and protective order applications in certain

* No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. Because the *
* bill would not have statewide impact on units of local government *
* of the same type or class, no comment from this office is required *
* by the rules of the House/Senate as to its probable fiscal *
* implication on units of local government. *

The bill would provide for the confidentiality of pleadings filed in
suits for dissolution of a marriage and suits affecting the parent-child
relationship and protective order applications in a county with a
population of 2.8 million or more.
