Local Government Impact
  
Local government officials in Ft. Worth were contacted as well as the
Texas Municipal Retirement System.  The bill could result in an election
being called.  An election in Ft. Worth would cost $180,000.
On average, municipal elections cost 91 cents per registered voter.
