PT 309 from the Parks and Wildlife Department to the
Texas Historical Commission.), As Introduced

This bill would transfer the care, custody, and control of PT 309 from
the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department to the Texas Historical
Commission.
It is assumed that all money, contracts, leases, property, and
obligations associated with the custody of PT 309 will be transferred to
the Texas Historical Commission.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
