Local Government Impact A county that chooses to hold an election regarding regulating manufactured home rental communities would incur the costs of the election. Based on a the cost per registered voter for elections in a sample of counties and cities, the statewide average is $0.91 per voter. If the voters approve the county regulating the manufactured home rental communities, the fiscal impact is not anticipated to be significant.
