Local Government Impact
The bill would add to the list of expenses for which a housing finance
corporation would be authorized to issue bonds to defray costs, in whole
or in part, any costs associated with the provision of decent, safe, and
sanitary housing and nonhousing facilities that are an integral part of
or are functionally related to an affordable housing project.
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
