The bill would amend the Property Code to apply procedures governing
restrictive covenants to residential real estate subdivisions, other
than certain condominium developments, that are located in a county with
a population of 2.8 million or more or in a county with a population of
250,000 or more that is adjacent to a county with a population of 2.4
million or more.
  
Local Government Impact
  
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
