The bill would establish the Texas Clean Coal Technology Council (TCCTC)
to promote the use of clean coal technology in Texas. The TCCTC would
coordinate and provide direction to the state agency designated by the
TCCTC to seek funding and to administer pilot projects for the purpose
of evaluating alternative clean coal technologies.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
