However, the increased revenues are not anticipated to be significant. Local Government Impact The bill would allow the TNRCC to raise the cap on wastewater discharge permit fees from $25,000 under current law to $75,000. Local governments could experience increased costs, depending on the amount the TNRCC actually would raise such fees.
