The Texas Animal Health Commission may collect fees by registrants to be used for the administration and enforcement of this program. Methodology All revenue, operating costs, and full-time equivalent positions associated with the regulation of riding stables, as well as all assets associated with the regulation of riding stables, will be transferred to the Texas Animal Health Commission. Registration and renewal fees will be collected from applicants who will operate riding stables. The fees would be collected by the Texas Animal Health Commission and used to defray the cost of administering the registration program and to employ agents to conduct inspections. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
