An appropriation from the Higher Education Fund for Lamar University in
the amount of $8,818,946 in each year is currently included in both the
CSSB1 and the House Committee Report on CSSB1.  This bill would allocate
a total of $491,946 annually out of the Lamar University Higher
Education Fund allocation to Lamar Institute of Technology."
