The Secretary of State estimates it would incur costs of $80,000 to
prepare, translate and publish an explanatory statement and send the
Spanish translation notice by mail. It is assumed that these costs
would be absorbed by the agency within its existing resources.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
