The bill would provide for covenant marriage. The bill would require the
attorney general to include an explanation of the terms and conditions
of a covenant marriage in the premarital education handbook. Costs
associated with this requirement could be reasonably absorbed within
existing resources.
  
Local Government Impact
  
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
