The bill would make these funds available to be appropriated for grants, which would be a cost to the General Revenue Fund. The additional information does identify an estimated cost of $390,000 from General Revenue for the 2002-03 biennium. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
