of a receiver in a suit for dissolution of a marriage.),

The bill would require a receiver, who was appointed in a suit for
dissolution of marriage, to give notice of the appointment to each
lien-holder of any property under the receiver's control not later than
the 30th day after the receiver's appointment. The bill would be
effective on September 1, 2001.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
