trespass and theft of service at a hotel.), As Introduced

The bill would amend the Penal Code by creating the offense of criminal
trespass at a hotel which would be punishable as a Class B misdemeanor.
The bill would also amend the Penal Code by including theft of service
at a hotel under the theft of service offense provision.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
