Local Government Impact
  
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.

The bill, creating the possibility of a $5 mandatory intercollegiate
athletic fee at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, would
generate approximately $250,000 annually for the intercollegiate athletic
program at the University.

These fees are auxiliary in nature and do not impact state
