Local Government Impact
  
The bill would authorize a municipality to require a permit, bond, fee,
or license, in addition to that required by state law, for the movement
of a manufactured house within the municipality.

According to a sampling of municipalities, no significant fiscal
implication to units of local government is anticipated.
