Local Government Impact

The bill would authorize a commissioners court to meet and conduct
business in a municipality other than the county seat. Expenses could be
incurred using meeting space other than what is normally available in the
county seat and per diem to travel to another municipality.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
