               within the Health and Human Services Commission for
               coordinating the delivery of early childhood services.),

The bill would require the Commissioner of Health and Human Services to
appoint an advisory committee to assist the Office of Early Childhood
Coordination with its duties.  Reimbursement for travel and related
expenses for members of the advisory committee would require
authorization in the General Appropriations Act.
