person on community supervision in a proceeding to
enforce an order in a suit affecting the parent-child

* No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. *

The bill would add additional conditions of community supervision in a
suit affecting the parent-child relationship. The bill would also
provide for the deposit of fees in existing special funds. The bill
would add a domestic relations office to those entities which may file
motions alleging violations of community supervision. Further, The bill
would authorize certain courts to refer persons for employment
assistance services.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
