The bill would eliminate the requirement of stating the applicant s and
decedent s social security numbers on the application for probate, allow
a personal representative of an estate to administer certain community
property when no community administrator qualifies, and limit the
jurisdiction where a claimant can sue when the claim has been rejected
by the representative.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
