Costs would be based on the number of individuals to be employed, which would vary from district to district. Also, a master or a member of a management team appointed to serve on a board of managers could continue to be compensated as determined by the Commissioner. Additionally, if a board of managers ordered an election of district board of trustees, the expenses associated with conducting the election would be borne by the district.
