The Health and Human Services Commission states the TIRN network,
currently in development, can be designed to meet all the requirements
of the bill.  The agency could absorb any costs to implement the
provisions of the bill within existing resources.
  
Technology Impact
  
Except for funding related to Full-Time Equivalent positions, all funds
identified in the table above would be related to systems development
and maintenance.
  
  
Local Government Impact
  
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
