The bill would authorize a county to enforce the county's distance
regulation in connection with a sexually oriented business located in  a
municipality if the business is located in one municipality, the
specified land use is located in another municipality, and either
municipality requests the county to enforce the county regulations.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
