Local Government Impact

The bill would require the board of an intermunicipal commuter rail
district to create an advisory committee to assist in the governance of
the district. Assuming the advisory committee members, like the district
board members, would be entitled to reimbursement of expenses incurred in
performance of committee duties, those reimbursements would be the only
cost to the district.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
