Methodology The Office of State Prosecuting Attorney estimates that it would require an increase in the salary of the State Prosecuting Attorney of $19,491 each fiscal year if appropriations were approved to implement the provisions of the bill. Related employee benefits are estimated to be $5,512 each year. Calculations are based on the compensation provided for the State Prosecuting Attorney and a district judge for the 2001-02 biennium. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
