the weather modification program and grants for weather
modification and control activities.), As Engrossed

The bill would transfer the authority for the administration of the
state's weather modification program from the Texas Natural Resource
Conservation Commission to the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) and
the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
It is assumed that all operating costs, revenue, and full-time equivalent
positions associated with the administration of the state's weather
modification grant program, as well as all assets associated with the
state's weather modification grant program will be transferred to the
Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Agriculture.
