This includes the administration of the grants program and the issuance of licenses and permits. It is assumed that all operating costs, revenue, and 1.5 full-time equivalent positions (FTEs) associated with the administration of the state's weather modification program, as well as all assets associated with the state's weather modification program will be transferred to the Texas Department of Agriculture. Technology Impact None. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
