"Buster" (Relating to the disclosure to the public of information in certain arrest warrants and the affidavits filed in connection with the application for those warrants.), As Introduced ************************************************************************** * No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. * ************************************************************************** The bill would provide that information in an arrest warrant and the any affidavit filed in connection with the application for the issuance of an arrest warrant issued by a magistrate is not required to be disclosed to the public until the date the warrant is executed or the third day after the date the warrant is issued, whichever is later. The bill also provides for situations where the arrest warrant or affidavit filed in connection with the application are not prohibited from public disclosure.
