Methodology The Parks and Wildlife Department used the following assumptions in its methodology: * Number of Parkland Passports visits remains constant at 200,000 (probably conservative since the population over 65 is growing) * At least half of guests are over 65 and would only pay half-price otherwise ($150,00 per year) and the other half would pay full price ($300,000 per year). * Average cost of a park visit is $3.
