The bill would provide that a bonded livestock commission merchant shall
be paid his usual and customary charges for the sale of livestock by a
personal representative of a decedent's estate even if the charges
exceed five per cent of the sale price.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
