The bill would amend Sections 312.206 and 312.204 of the Tax Code
relating to a deadline and certain terms of local tax abatement
agreements.

The bill would reword current language concerning the statutory
requirements for any tax abatement agreements.

Local Government Impact

Because the bill only would address procedural provisions in the law,
there would be no fiscal impact to units of local government.
