         Pursuant to a notice posted on May 9, 2002, the House Committee  
         on Agriculture & Livestock met jointly with the Agriculture  
         Policy Board in a public hearing and was called to order by the  
         chair, Representative Swinford, at 1:10 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Swinford; McReynolds; Christian; Hupp;  
                   Kolkhorst; Miller (6). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Brown, Betty; Green; Hardcastle (3). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         (Representative Green now present.) 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 4:30 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
