         hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Gallego, at 4:01 p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Gallego; Allen; Glaze; Heflin; Pitts;  
                   West, George "Buddy" (6). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Hochberg; Turner, Sylvester (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 5:45 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
