Absent: Representatives Nixon, Joe; Smithee; Zbranek (3). A quorum was present. SB 1106 The chair laid out SB 1106 as pending business. Representative Janek offered an amendment to the measure. The amendment was adopted without objection. Representative Hope moved that SB 1106, as amended, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote: Ayes: Representatives Bosse; Janek; Clark; Dutton; Hope; Martinez Fischer (6). Nays: None (0). Present, Not Voting: None (0).
