         Committee on Constitutional Revision, Select met in a formal  
         meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Driver, at 2:15 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                   (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Bailey; Dutton; Mowery (3). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 2:34 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
