Absent: Representatives Dutton; Solomons (2). A quorum was present. HJR 2 The chair laid out HJR 2. Representative Lewis, Glenn offered a complete committee substitute. The chair recognized Representative Chisum to explain the measure. Testimony was taken. (See attached witness list.) The chair recognized Representative Lewis, Glenn to close on the measure. The committee substitute was adopted without objection. Representative Driver moved that HJR 2, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
