         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 25, 2002, the House  
         Committee on Corrections met in a public hearing and was called  
         to order by the chair, Representative Haggerty, at 2:07 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Haggerty; Allen; Ellis, Dan; Gray;  
                   Isett; Ritter (6). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Farrar; Hodge; Hopson (3). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Testimony was taken regrding the Correctional Managed Health  
         Care Committee.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 4:41 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
