Representative Shields offered amendment # 1 to the committee substitute. Representative Ramsay offered amendment # 2 to the committee substitute. The amendments were adopted without objection. The committee substitute, as amended, was adopted without objection. Representative Salinas moved that HB 370, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
