Absent: None (0). A quorum was present. The chair directed that the April 3, 2001, minutes for the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection. SB 1174 The chair laid out SB 1174, the companion to HB 1919. Representative Kitchen moved that SB 1174, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
