Pursuant to a notice posted on May 15, 2001, a suspension of the
five day posting rule, and an announcement from the House Floor,
the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a formal
meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative
Hinojosa, at 12:12 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
