         Pursuant to a notice posted on January 24, 2001, the House  
         Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Naishtat, at 2:14  
         p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                   Wohlgemuth (8). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Noriega (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 5:41 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
